I want to thank you and your company for ending a 9 month ordeal for me. I wish I had just started by doing it myself and finding you guys back in March. What can I say...  You're a genius...  You didn't let me get off track....

Initially, when I put the new Solenoid on, the white wire apparently broke off the rectifier but since it was covered by shrink wrap, I couldn't see that it was broken.  Two days of frustration later I sent an email to you. Then after I found that it was indeed broken, I put voltmeter on it and saw 43 volts (with no load)...  I thought to myself, that's not right.  Then after your response I hooked it up to the battery and low and behold the battery light went out and the battery was charging.
