Return Policy / Kit Guarantee
When we say we have a solution for you, we mean it. We have a dedicated, knowledgeable team at your service. If you have a question or something doesn’t work, our team of trained technicians is ready to support you.
That’s why we have established an industry-leading Kit Guarantee Policy. We are pleased to provide our Repower customers, who purchase a Commercial Grade kit, with everything necessary to convert their machine from the old engine to the new (unless otherwise stated). If you need something, please contact us through our request form and we will have the appropriate technician respond as soon as possible.
In the case where our technicians are not able to provide a solution that will yield a functional product, we will take it back free of charge - and at our expense. Thank you for understanding that there is a varying level of skill that our customers have, and therefore the determination must be made by a Repower Specialists Ltd. Technician.

An RMA is required for all returned merchandise. A 20% charge will be deducted from credit for merchandise returned (unless otherwise stated). We do not accept used merchandise returns. International orders require that the purchaser pay for both shipping to and from their location in addition to the 20% restocking. All shortages must be claimed within 5 days of receipt of shipment. Late charges of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be added to all past due accounts. A $35 handling fee will be charged on all returned checks. If an account is placed for collection, Buyer agrees to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees whether or not suit is brought. In the event of litigation, Buyer agrees to appeal to the jurisdiction of any court within Lane County, Oregon.
