The purpose of this page is to provide our customers with muffler specifications for Kawasaki Repower Specialists Ltd. systems. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify that the clearances and muffler placement within their application will work by utilizing the diagrams below. There are 2 reference locations that you can use to confirm compatibility:

1. Center-line of crankshaft: this reference point uses the center-line of your crankshaft as the starting point. You would need to have your existing engine installed in order to use this reference point. 
2. Center of close mounting bolt: this reference point is the mounting bolt of your original engine that is closest to the muffler system location. This point should be used if the original engine has already been removed, or if it is missing. It can also be used as an alternative to the above with the engine installed.
